The Saber Baseball team beat West Bend West in the championship final to become the first baseball team in school history to bring home a State Championship!

The team captured the title with a score of  11-4 at Bukolt Field in Steven's Point.  The Sabers beat Waukesha West in the semi final game in order to advance to the championship game.  It was the Sabers 8th appearance at the State Tournament, advancing to the title game in 2000.  To add to this accomplishment, Coach Hughes became the state's all-time winningest coach on July 20th with 748 wins and plans to return next year for his 25th season.  Way to go Saber Baseball!
